A large and highly scented flock of goats continues to roam at large on the public roads near Weeksville since the Stock Law went into effect, and the owner is said to have indicated that he doesn’t purpose to keep them off the roads. This newspaper is informed that the goats are the property of Dr. R.B. Davis of Weeksville, a member of the Pasquotank Board of Health.
