Cooper, Bland and King Go Frog Hunting, April 18, 1922

Frog Hunting Enjoyed Last Week by Three Young Men Here

Three young men of the community, C.F. Bland, I.M. Cooper, and Joe King, traveled toward green River one night last week to the tune of “He’s a Good Fisherman.” But they were hunting plain frogs—and they caught ‘em, too, according to Mr. Bland, to the tune of 32. The “harpoon,” he said, was in the hands of Mr. Cooper, while he and Mr. King sat by as interested spectators.
