Wealthy Hoke County Man Is Held on a Larceny Charge

Fayetteville, N.C., Nov. 14—Neil S. Blue, one of the wealthiest and most prominent citizens of Hoke County, today was bound over to the Federal District Court at Raleigh on a charge of stealing 140 miles of wire fence from the government reservation at Fort Bragg by U.S. Commissioner J.W. Tomlinson here. Bond was fixed at $500.
