High Point, Nov. 17—The theft of three diamond rings, watches and a few other articles, to a total value of $540, from the window of Wagners Jewelry store in this city, was reported to the local police today. The robbery was effected some time last night by breaking a large plate glass window with an iron bolt. No arrests have been made early this afternoon.
