Girls Pinned Under an Overturned Car

Reidsville, Nov. 13—Miss Mary Roach of Danville, Va., driving in her Studebaker car with Misses Cicilia Scott, Virginia Whitsett, Constance Gwaltney and Alva Stacy, had a miraculous escape from death Sunday afternoon when the car ran into a ditch and overturned, pinning the occupants under it. However, no one was seriously injured and no bones broken. The accident occurred two miles west of Reidsville on the Boulevard at 4 o’clock. The girls’ ages range from 12 to 15 years.
