Washington, Nov. 14—The National Association of State Universities concluded its 27th annual meeting here today, and selected Chicago as the meeting place for 1923. The following officers were elected: Frank L. McVey, president of the University of Kentucky, president; David Kinley, president of the University of Illinois, vice-president; and Harry W. Chase, president of the University of North Carolina, secretary-treasurer.
