Madison, Nov. 13—The trial of Ed Sisk and his two sons, Hardy and Sandy, for the murder of Policeman Ziglar of Mayodan, which was expected to occur at a special term of Rockingham Superior court, will not be held until the regular term in January. It is learned that no special term of court will be held.
It will be recalled that the Sisks are alleged to have shot Mr. Ziglar when he went to their home to arrest one of the Sisk boys on a minor charge. The elder Sisk is out on bond but the two Sisk boys are in jail.
