The Electrik Maid Bake Shop has changed bakers and is to have an experience baker, E.F. Lebolo, who is moving his family, wife and daughter, to North Wilkesboro. Mrs. Lebolo will have charge of the retail department. The change in Wilkes’ new enterprise starts this week; the baker, who has been connected with the Electrik Main Bake Shop of the same chain perhaps, will move here at once. He is a stranger to us but most likely the new bakery [will] turn out products that will so satisfy the taste of customers—break, cake and bun eaters—that the stores and hotels will soon be generally and altogether supplied with it. We wish to announce that beginning this week that we become the owners of the Electrik Maid Bake Shop and will continue the Electrik Maid Bake Shop at the same stand as heretofore. It being a home enterprise, it deserves your support. People should remember that we have an experienced baker of bread, cakes and buns. Mr. Lebolo of Mooresville will do the baking. Mrs. Lebolo will have charge of the retailing department and A.V. Foote all of the out-side work. We will give the people the very highest quality of everything produced in a first-class bakery, and assure you of the very best possible service in every respect. We know that quality and service will merit the patronage of the people of North Wilkesboro and surrounding country.
