Funeral services for Martin Propst, well known farmer of the county who died Saturday night at his home in No. 11 township, were held Monday afternoon at 3 o’clock at the home. The services were conducted by Rev. Henry Blackwelder and interment was made in the cemetery at Cold Water Baptist Church.
Mr. Propst died Sunday night about 9:30 o’clock, death being due to heart trouble. He became suddenly ill Sunday morning, his condition growing rapidly worse.
Mr. Propst was 69 years of age and is survived by his wife and several children.
