Mrs. Mary C. McNeill of near Lakeview passed away at the Central Carolina Hospital in Sanford on Wednesday of last week after an illness of several weeks. Funeral services were conducted Thursday morning by her pastor, Rev. M.D. McNeill, and interment followed in the Lakeview cemetery.
Mrs. McNeill was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Taylor Priest and the widow of the late Angus McNeill. She was a member of the Manley Presbyterian church. Surviving are two brothers, J. Hector Priest and E.N. Priest, and a sister, Miss Jane A. Priest, all of the Lakeview community.
