Vass has reached a point where it is time to realize that a water supply must be provided. Wells are going dry, and that situation is serious. Whether it will be better no one knows.
R.W. Beadle has proposed to build a water plant. If he does not, the town before long will have to. It is no use to dodge the question. If the town builds the plant, it is a bond issue. If Beadle builds it he builds it himself. But the thing is not so much bonds or Beadle as water or no water. It is time to think, and think mighty fast.
