Charlotte, March 12 (AP)—A. Morris McDonald, deputy tax commissioner for the Mecklenburg-Gastonia County district, died here today.
For more than a quarter of a century he had been a leading public figure of Mecklenburg County He was taken to a local sanatorium seven days ago, where he died. He was educated at Davidson College.
