Housen Harrill Lived True Life of Service, Says Editor, May 6, 1926

Housen D. Harrill

The body of Housen D. Harril [Harrill] will soon go back to dust, from whence it came, but the good influence of his life will go on and Eternity alone will tell the full story. He did not accumulate to a great amount of this world’s goods, though he had a comfortable living. Often he went in the cold and mud, over rough roads on long trips for a ere pittance. This did not stop him for he was more determined to preach the gospel than to make money.

His was a life of service. He enjoyed urging people to live a noble life. He left a heritage that should be envied by the world’s greatest warriors and statesmen. We need more men like him. “Blessings upon his memory.” “He fought a good fight, he finished his course, he kept the faith.”
