Salisbury, Nov. 3--A number of children have been excluded from the North Main Street City School on account of the presence of diphtheria in that section of the city. Dr. Armstrong, health officer, reports a number of cases in the county. At the North Main street school one child affected by the disease continued to attend school and spread the disease among the other children.
