Wilmington, June 15—The third annual meeting of the stockholders of the Fisheries Products Company was held at St. Phillips, Wilmington, N.C., June 8. The old offers were re-elected as follows:
Thos. H. Hayes, president and general manager.
R.J. Anderson, vice president and treasurer.
H.K. Godwin, secretary.
Directors: Thos. H. Hayes, New York; Thos. W. Davis, Wilmington; Elmo Brown, New York; W.R. Capehart, Avola, N.C.; R.J. Anderson, New York.
In addition, F.B. McKinnie, president of First National Bank, Louisburg, and L.H. Wilson, vice-president of Cross Anchor, were also elected directors. The new members of the directorate are very prominent in the business life of their respective states.
The financial report showed a very successful year with quite a large surplus.
Prospects for further development and continued success appear very bright.
