Trespassers Curse Farmer Who Challenged Them, Nov. 7, 1921

Trespassers Curse Farmer Near Town

A Hickory citizen who owns a place just outside of town was told by two men in charge that two young men invaded it last week with bird dogs and shot down two birds as they rose. The man protested and was roundly cursed by the trespassers. Trespassers should be indicted. The open season will not begin until Friday, November 24, in Catawba County, and this fact should be borne in mind.
