The establishment of the Rankin-Sizemore Tire and Supply Company, No. 212 North Main Street, was closed Monday, a petition of bankruptcy having been filed in Greensboro. B.H. Bradner of this city has been appointed receiver, with T.J. Gold as attorney for the bankrupts. A meeting is to be held for the purpose of naming a trustee.
The liabilities of the company are from $5,000 to $6,000, it is estimated, with assets between $1,500 and $2,000.
