A small fire broke out in Critcher and Critcher’s office this morning. It started from the stove in which a fire had just been made but was discovered at once and soon put out. The Williamston Fire Brigade is to be congratulated upon its good work. Upon every occasion that it has been called out, the boys did noble and quick work. We should appreciate their efforts more as not only our property but our lives depends in a great measure upon these volunteer fire fighters.
