The matter of building the ridge below Fishing Creek, has been passed on by the Board of County Commissioners. Certain people were not satisfied with the location and asked for an injunction, wich Judge Shaw refused to grant.
This paper stands squarely behind the duly elected authorities of this county, and wishes to say this, it does not approve of the methods being used to hector the Board of County Commissioners, nor do we approve of anonymous circulars and advertisements.
