Goldsboro, July 10—Over 100,000 barrels of potatoes have been shipped from the Mt. Olive section so far this season, and the end is a good ways off if weather conditions are permissible. The continuous rains of the past week have seriously interfered with all classes of farmwork and has hindered the harvesting of the various crops. The prospect for agriculture looks more gloomy than at any time in many years.
