St. Paul, July 21—Mrs. Roxie McMillan, aged about 77 years, died yesterday 11 a.m. at her home in St. Paul of the infirmities of old age. She had been in declining health for some time but had been sick in bed only a week.
The funeral will take place this afternoon at 4 o’clock at Mt. Tabor Presbyterian church and the remains will be interred beside those of her late husband.
Surviving are one sister, Mrs. W.R. McKenzie of Sampson county, and one brother, Mr. Wayne Currie of St. Paul, with whom she made her home. There are no children.
Deceased was a consecrated member of the Presbyterian church of St. Paul. She was a good woman and will be sorely missed in her church, home and community. She was, before her marriage to Mr. Hector McMillan of the Philadelphus section, Miss Roxie Currie. She lived at Philadelphus during her husband’s lifetime and had moved back to St. Paul, the old home, since the death of Mr. McMillan.
