Fort Bragg, July 22 (AP)—Major Gen. A.J. Bowley, commanding officer of Fort Bragg, today appointed a special board to investigate the death of Major Sam McLeary, whose body was found last week hidden in ambush in South Carolina, following a confession of murder by Mortimer N. King.
