Raleigh, July 17—“Bathing suit auto riding has got to stop,” Mayor E.E. Culbreth declared last night. “Folks are complaining about it.”
According to information reaching the office of the Mayor of “Raleigh, young men and young women are putting on the bathing suits at their homes and and riding brazenly through the streets to the swimming pool with arms bare and legs bare and only their middles covered with jerseyed swimming gear.
