High Point, July 14—A suit for $10,000 damages has been filed with the clerk of the Gulford County Superior Court by John W. Kivett, superintendent of the High Point abattoir against Eugene Mash for the injuries he received when struck by the automobile which was being driven by Marsh’s son several months ago.
In the complaint filed, Mr. Kivett alleges that he was walking along the road when young Marsh came driving recklessly up the road and struck him. As a result he says that he spent a great deal of time in the hospital.
The accident occurred just south of the city on the morning of January 3rd.
