Albemarle, N.C., July 12—Judge N.A. Sinclair of Fayetteville and his niece, Miss Elizabeth O’Hanlon of Wilmington are in a hospital here tonight suffering from injuries received when the automobile in which they were riding rolled over an embankment on the state highway near here late today. Judge Sinclair, the more seriously hurt, had several ribs broken and suffered scalp wounds, but it had not been determined tonight if there were internal injuries. Miss O’Hanlon suffered no broken bones, it is said.
