Judge L.M. Meekins Sails for Vacation in Europe

Federal Judge Isaac M. Meekins of this city sailed Monday on the S.S. Reliance(?) from New York, for a vacation trip to the British Isles, Germany, and Holland, which will keep him away until September 1. Judge D. Lawrence Groner of Norfolk will handle the affairs of the court until the return of Judge Meekins.
