E.E. Davis is getting material on the ground for a new house on Weymouth Heights I Southern Pines. The location is on the south side of the road between the Highland Pines Inn and the Olmstead house. It will be of a type that fits the neighborhood, and adds to the steady expansion that is going on in that section toward the eastward.
Mrs. R.E. Wiley, who has been living in Virginia since Mr. Wiley died, has come back to Southern Pines and secured a lot on Massachusetts Avenue and expects to built a home for herself and family. She found that she likes the Sandhills country better than any place else that she knows of.
