A near-serious accident occurred Sunday afternoon on the Asheville road immediately south of Fletcher, when a Ford touring car ran into an Overland touring car, which was in the act of turning around to come back to Hendersonville. The Ford was driven by a negro and the Overland by a white man. Both cars were loaded with passengers. No one was hurt, and the car damages were slight.
