Goldsboro, June 1—Directors of the Fair Association, at a called meeting yesterday, refused the use of the fair grounds by the Konklave of the Klans of Eastern North Carolina, which is to take place here June 14. The members were to give their public demonstrations in the grounds. It is declared, however, that Klansmen will go ahead with their plans and have the meeting here despite the action of the directors.
