Capias was issued Wednesday morning for Lucius Holly, colored, when he failed to appear to answer to a charge of violation of the Turlington Act. The case had been twice continued and at half past eight Wednesday morning Holly was notifying his witnesses to appear in court. When the court convened, however, Holly himself was missing.
