Paul Kelser, John Langley to Debate Prohibition, May 8, 1924

Whiteville people are looking forward with interest to the debate that is to be held tonight in the Methodist church on the subject of law and order.

The debate will be between Paul P. Kelser and John W. Langley, both prohibition workers of national note. It is understood that the speaking will commence at 8 o’clock and the public is cordially invited. Admission will be free.
