Durham Dry Cleaning company, Inc., is the latest local firm to incorporate, and the only incorporation to be received at the office of the clerk of superior court in the past few weeks.
The company is granted the right to do a general cleaning, pressing and dyeing business in this and other cities of North Carolina and other states. Authorized capitalization is $15,000. Ninety-five shares of the stock of incorporation are owned by W.M. Eakes of Durham.
