Next Sunday morning is the regular preaching time at Lamberth memorial. A.L. Boys, Superintendent of Sunday School.
Misses Nannie Green and Bessie Hester, Mrs. L.P. Duncan and Mrs. Clyde Allen will be the next ones in the Sunday School to receive a Sunday School Teachers Diploma.
We can never get entirely away from the thought that “life is real and life is earnest.” Christ is the hope of the soul, the hope of society, the hope of the world. There is no substitute for Him. And there is of healing from the world’s wounds apart from Him. But the individual must take Him I earnest, society must take Him in earnest, the world must take Him in earnest. We must take Him in earnest. We must believe thoroughly in the workability of His program, which means that we must put His program to work.
