Ex-Sheriff T.E. Bandy Killed When Car Strikes Train, Dec. 25, 1924

Ex-Sheriff T.E. Bandy of Catawba county was instantly killed Friday when his automobile was struck by a Southern passenger train about two miles from Statesville. He was 72 years old.
