Forest City, R-2, Aug. 10—Mr. and Mrs. Roger Taylor and little son, of Hendersonville, spent last weekend with Mrs. J.C. Taylor.

Mr. Zeb Hardin and son, Norman, of Norfolk, Va., spent last Saturday at the home of Mrs. J.E. Womack.

Mr. J.R. Hardin and family, Mr. J.J. Hardin and family, Misses Cleo Yung and Coree Hamrick spent Sunday at Mill Spring with Rev. and Mrs. W.W. Womack.

Mrs. Jane Huntley spent part of last week visiting in this section.

Miss Ethel Huntley and Messrs. Charles and Jack Huntley of Salisbury visited Miss Ada Harden Sunday.

Mrs. J.E. Womack, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Harrill, Mrs. Ollie May McKinney and little son, Junior, Misses Minnie Harrill and Ada Hardin spent last Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. H.S. Harrill near Ellenboro.

Misses Louise and Blanch Womack spent last week with their aunt, near Bostic.

Mr. Joe Moore and family of Raleigh are visiting relatives in this section.

Messrs. Clinton Hamrick and Bush Doggett are in Tennessee on business.

Almeda, the little daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul McMurry, has been very sick but is better.

Miss Bertha Cole of Harris spent last week with her sister, Mrs. O.B. Grose.

Miss Dorothy Huntley spent last week with Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Huntley.

There will be a Lewis reunion at the home of Mr. W.E. Lewis next Sunday. Everybody is invited to bring well filled baskets and spend the day with us.

Miss Neely Keeter of Grover, N.C., is visiting relatives this week.
