Putting Trash on the Street
A number of citizens were before the mayor this morning for
placing trash on the sidewalks. This follows the notice published warning the

only what can be placed in the garbage can is allowed, on account of the
necessity for a greater number of carts. The balance must be burned or hauled
away by the owners.
