Announcement is made today of plans for a North Carolina Negro Farmers’ Congress for three days beginning February 14 at Bricks school, Bricks, N.C. According to advance information being sent out at this time this will be one of the most interesting and best attended of any meeting of negroes ever held in the state. A large number of questions of interest to negro farmers and to others interested n their welfare will be taken under discussion at this meeting.
