The hearing before U.S. Commissioner J.W. Tomlinson of the Neill S. Blue case, which was continued Wednesday until Friday, was again continued for two weeks on account of the sickness of one of the lawyers in the case. Mr. Blue is being indicted by the Federal Government on a charge of removing 14 miles of wire fence from the Fort Bragg reservation.
