The big plate glass window at the front of the W.G. Penry Company of Lexington was smashed last week and damage amounting to several hundred dollars was done by an auto driven by E.B. Kinney of High Point. The car had been parked near the corner and when reminded of his error, Kinney started the machine when something went wrong which resulted in the damage.
