Raleigh, May 21—Associate Justice Platt D. Walker of the North Carolina Supreme Court is seriously ill at his home here it became known today. Judge Walker has been ill for about a week and his condition is said to have become gradually worse. No improvement was noted in his condition today, it was stated at his home.
