Wilmington, Oct. 22—Counsel for Robert Raurk, receiver of the defunct Liberty Savings Bank of Wilmington, filed report of the receivership in New Hanover superior court today. The superior court was asked to permit the receiver to levy upon all stockholders of the bank, in accordance with the statutes, and although formal decision will not be given until tomorrow morning, it is believed by legal experts that permission will be granted, since the law, they say, is very clear on this point, and the court recently granted such petition in two separate cases involving local banks.
