With Dan Hardin, one of the two men charged with knocking Aggie Sellers unconscious on the night of June 7th, out of jail on a $1,000 bond, with Ellis Herring, the other defendant still in jail, and with the Sellers woman steadily improving at the hospital where she has been ever since the alleged assault, this case will soon come up for a hearing. It is understood that the case will be tried just as soon as the woman is physically able.
