Julius W. Young, who was born in Stokes county in 1870, died at Fayetteville June 5. He is survived by his wife, who was Miss Louise Kidd; by a daughter, Louise; two sons, Mason and Paul, all of whom live at Detroit; four brothers. W.A. Young of Stokesdale, Thomas Young of Madison, Edwin B. Young of Kernersville, and J.N. Young of Winston-Salem. Funeral services were conducted in Forsyth county at Salem Chapel, followed by burial in the church graveyard.
