John E. Anderson, son of Alderman L.W. Anderson of Elizabeth City, has been employed at the will and pleasure of the County Commissioners to serve as traffic officer for Pasquotank County, following the resignation of F.M. Quenstedt who was taken on by the Board several weeks ago. Anderson was formerly a driver for the Elizabeth City Fire department. Supplied with the new Indian motorcycle, he is expected to show results.
