Miss Lala Pilson and mother were visitors at Miss Pearlie Johnson’s Sunday.

Mr. Herbert Cameron of Hamlet is home to spend the summer.

Mr. Floyd Johnson is the proud owner of a new Ford.

Mr. Sanford Ring and Marvin Blue of Vass were callers on Miss Mary and Minnie Garner Sunday.

Mr. Coyie Hinley was a visitor at Mr. M.J. McNeills Sunday evening.

We are sorry to report that David McNeill is still on the sick list.

Mr. Julius Simpson attended the “school brake” (break?) at Lbelia (Lobelia?) Saturday night.

Mr. Floyd Johnson and Martin Cameron were visitors at Mr. Frank Medlin’s Sunday night.

Mr. Frank Medlin and Mr. Marvin Cameron motored to Southern Pines Tuesday night.

Mr. Harrie Jessup of Vass and Oscar Baker of this Route were visitors at Mrs. Howard’s Sunday.

Mr. Floyd Johnson had the misfortune of getting a fish bone in his throat and seems much worried over it.
