Mrs. Nancy Harriett Smith, widow of the late Monroe Smith, died at the old Smith home ten miles northeast of Liberty Friday night. She was a high type of Christian woman and had been a member of Mount Pleasant church since girlhood.
She is survived by six sons, W.H., H.D., Charlie, Claude, James and Fletcher Smith, all of Alamance and Guilford counties, and one daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Ingle of Burlington.
