Tanks Leave Raleigh

Raleigh, Dec. 4—Raleigh yesterday said goodbye to over 1,000 tank corps men of Camp Polk, who are entrained for Camp Greene, Charlotte. In spite of rumors to the contrary, two sections got away yesterday, the first at 8:50 a.m. and the second at 1:25 p.m. The men included all of the 308th and 342nd battalions.

Today, if enough cars can be obtained, all of the 305th and 341st battalions will go. The entire camp is being moved in eight sections.
