Lagrange Policeman Shot Four Times, March 5, 1921

Goldsboro, March 5—Arthur Lamb, a policeman at Lagrange, 12 miles from here, was shot four times by a young negro who ambushed him early this morning. Lamb is seriously wounded. The negro got away, bloodhounds failing to trace him as he escaped on a bicycle.
