Complaint is coming to us from some who desire to register that they cannot always find registrars at their posts, and since every one entitled to register should do so and thus prepare themselves for the ballot in the coming primary, we are quite sure the registrars in the various wards will be pleased to render all the service possible in order to secure as full a registration as possible.
The primary will be held on the 5th of April, the first Tuesdya in the month, and the polls will open at 11 a.m. and close at 8 p.m.
The voting places will be announced in a day or two.
