National Balloon Race To Begin in Alabama, March 20, 1921

New York, March 19—Lieut. Louis Kloor, pilot of the naval balloon which was lost in the Canadian wilds, probably will fly in the national balloon race starting from Birmingham, Ala., on May 21, officials of the Aero Club of America announced here today.

The race is to be staged in conjunction with the Birmingham Civic Association, which will announce the case prizes and trophies later.

Pilots entered in the race are Bernard Van Hoffman, J.s. McKibben and John Berry of St. Louis; Roy Donaldson, Springfield, Illinois; Warren Razor, Brookfield, Ohio; Ralph Upson, New York; and three teams each from the United States army and navy.
